...INCREASING SOUTHWEST WINDS TODAY VEERING TO WEST TO NORTHWEST
MONDAY NIGHT...

.Southwest winds will increase to 15 to around 20 knots across
western Lake Superior today into tonight, increase further to
20 to 25 knots by Monday afternoon, then veer to west to
northwest Monday night. The strongest wind and highest gusts will
occur on Tuesday when some gales around 35 knots will be
possible.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CST
TUESDAY...

* Sustained Winds...Southwest 15 to 20 knots today becoming west
  to southwest tonight then west to northwest 15 to 25 knots late
  Monday night into Tuesday.

* Wind Gusts...Up to 25 knots today and tonight increasing to
  around 30 knots Monday night into Tuesday.

* Waves...3 to 5 feet today and tonight building to 6 to 9 feet
  Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
