...GUSTY WEST WINDS ON THE BAY OF GREEN BAY AND NEARSHORE LAKE
MICHIGAN WATERS WEDNESDAY...

.GUSTY WEST WINDS DUE TO A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT IN THE WAKE OF
A PASSING COLD FRONT COULD POSE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL
CRAFT ON THE NEARSHORE WATERS. WINDS WILL START TO BECOME GUSTY
LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING AND CARRY INTO THE EVENING BEFORE
DIMINISHING. THE STRONGEST GUSTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE OVER THE BAY
AND IN LAKE WATERS VERY NEAR THE COAST...LIKELY IN THE EARLY TO
MID-AFTERNOON.

WEDNESDAY...

* WINDS...15 TO 25 KNOTS...WITH A FEW GUSTS POTENTIALLY UP TO 30
  KNOTS. THE HIGHEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN THE EARLY TO MID-
  AFTERNOON OVER THE BAY AND VERY NEAR THE LAKE MICHIGAN COAST.

* WAVES...WITH OFFSHORE WINDS...WAVES OF 1 TO 3 FT ARE EXPECTED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
