THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS REPLACED THE GALE WARNING WITH A
STORM WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...INCREASING FROM THE NORTH AT 30 TO 40 KT...WITH GUSTS UP
  TO 50 KT...LATER THIS MORNING AND INTO THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL
  BACK TO THE NORTHWEST AT THE SAME SPEEDS LATE THIS AFTERNOON
  INTO EARLY THIS EVENING.

* SEAS...WILL PEAK IN THE 7 TO 11 FOOT RANGE THIS LATE THIS
  MORNING THRU EARLY THIS EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A STORM WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 48 TO 63 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. RECREATIONAL BOATERS SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT...OR TAKE
SHELTER UNTIL WINDS AND WAVES SUBSIDE. COMMERCIAL VESSELS SHOULD
PREPARE FOR VERY STRONG WINDS AND DANGEROUS SEA CONDITIONS...AND
CONSIDER REMAINING IN PORT OR TAKING SHELTER IN PORT UNTIL WINDS
AND WAVES SUBSIDE.
