...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST THURSDAY...

* Winds...Northwest 20 to 25 kt this morning will become W-SW,
  diminishing to 10 to 15 kts this afternoon. Winds will increase
  again by midnight, up to 20 to 25 kts out the west.

* Seas...5 to 7 feet early this morning will subside through this
  afternoon to 2 to 4 ft, but will increase again overnight
  tonight up to 5 to 7 ft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and or seas of 6 ft or greater are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
