REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY
EVENING.

* WINDS: NORTH 20 TO 30 KT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY
  MORNING. THEN WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 25 TO 30 KT WITH
  POTENTIAL FOR GALE FORCE WINDS OF 35 KT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
  AND EVENING. WINDS WILL DROP BACK INTO THE 20 TO 30 KT RANGE
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* SEAS: 8 TO 11 FOOT STEEP TO VERY STEEP SEAS THIS AFTERNOON
  THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING DUE TO A MIX OF SHORT PERIOD WIND
  WAVES AND NORTHWEST SWELL AT 10 SECONDS. SEAS WILL PEAK
  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND THEN GRADUALLY LOWER WEDNESDAY NIGHT...
  DROPPING BELOW 10 FEET BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* AREAS AFFECTED: MOST THE AREA WILL BE AFFECTED BY AT LEAST
  ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS AND SEAS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY.
  VERY STEEP HAZARDOUS SEAS WILL IMPACT THE WATERS SOUTH OF GOLD
  BEACH THROUGH TONIGHT AND THEN AFFECT MOST OF THE WATERS
  THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. GALES ARE POSSIBLE BEYOND 15NM FROM
  SHORE AND SOUTH OF GOLD BEACH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY EVENING.

A HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING MEANS HAZARDOUS SEA CONDITIONS ARE
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. RECREATIONAL BOATERS SHOULD REMAIN IN
PORT...OR TAKE SHELTER UNTIL WAVES SUBSIDE.  COMMERCIAL VESSELS
SHOULD PREPARE FOR ROUGH SEAS AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN PORT OR
TAKING SHELTER IN PORT UNTIL HAZARDOUS SEAS SUBSIDE.

SMALL CRAFT CONDITIONS FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES WILL

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER

  INTO WEDNESDAY EVENING WITH SEAS DOMINATED BY SHORT PERIOD WIND
  WAVES. SEAS WILL GRADUALLY LOWER WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND DROP TO 5
  FEET OR LESS BY THURSDAY NIGHT.

* AREAS AFFECTED: AREAS BEYOND 5 NM FROM SHORE WILL BE AFFECTED BY
  ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS AND SEAS TONIGHT. THEN VERY STEEP HAZARDOUS
