CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 6 AM EST
SATURDAY.

* LOCATION...THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS ADJACENT TO NEW JERSEY
  AND DELAWARE.

* WINDS...WEST NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT. GUSTS
  MAY APPROACH GALE FORCE AT TIMES ON FRIDAY.

* SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE AROUND MID DAY TODAY. THE STRONGEST
  WINDS ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW. WINDY CONDITIONS
  ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO SATURDAY. THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
  MAY NEED TO BE EXTENDED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
