  UP TO 20 KT...THEN SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30
  KT.

* SEAS...BUILDING TO 6 TO 9 FEET.

* TIMING...WINDS AND SEAS WILL INCREASE. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE
  EXPECTED MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE WINDS DIMINISH
  TUESDAY HOWEVER SEAS SHOULD BE SLOW TO SUBSIDE.
