* LOCATIONS...THE NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE ATLANTIC COASTAL
  WATERS.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT
  ARE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. NORTHWESTERLY 20 TO
  30 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 KT ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
  SUNDAY MORNING.

* SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. 4 TO 7 FEET SEAS ARE
  EXPECTED FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING

* FREEZING SPRAY...LIGHT FREEZING SPRAY IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT.
