...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT...

.A DEEP TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE THROUGH CALIFORNIA
TUESDAY BRINGING STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND LARGE SWELL TO THE
OUTER COASTAL WATERS. THE WINDS WILL INCREASE TUESDAY MORNING AND
CONTINUE STRONG UNTIL LATE TUESDAY NIGHT. LARGE SWELL WILL ARRIVE
TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE COMBINATION OF THESE STRONG
WINDS AND LARGE SWELL WILL MAKE CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS FOR SMALL
CRAFT IN THE OUTER WATERS. WINDS WILL RAPIDLY DIMINISH LATE
TUESDAY NIGHT WHILE SWELL GRADUALLY DECREASES WEDNESDAY.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TUESDAY TO 2 AM PDT WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS 25 TO 30 KNOTS.

* SEAS...COMBINED SEAS 6 TO 8 FEET...BUT UP TO 9 FEET SOUTH OF
  SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND TUESDAY EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR COMBINED SEAS OF 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
