HIGH MOUNTAIN PASSES THROUGH 9 AM. GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH CAN BE
EXPECTED IN EXPOSED AREAS ABOVE TIMBERLINE...AND OCCASIONALLY
ALONG US 285 IN SOUTH PARK. THE WINDS WILL PRODUCING AREAS OF
BLOWING SNOW IN WINDY AREAS.
