FOSCOE...DRIFTING WEST NEAR 10 MPH. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG
WITH BRIEF GUSTY WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS AS
THEY SLIDE SLOWLY WEST ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS. A QUICK ONE HALF TO ONE
INCH OF RAIN COULD OCCUR.
