AND SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS OF UTAH THIS AFTERNOON...WITH SOME DRIFTING
INTO VALLEY LOCATIONS. AS OF 1 PM...THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE NEAR
CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARK AND ALONG I-70 NEAR FREMONT JUNCTION.
BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL AND
GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST OF THESE STORMS.
