Alabama...Inland Southeast Mississippi and the interior western
Florida panhandle into early Thursday morning...

.A cold ridge of surface high pressure will continue to build
into the region through this morning. Clear skies, light
northerly winds and a dry airmass will maintain favorable
conditions for a light freeze across most areas late tonight into
and early Thursday, except for the immediate coast.

* TEMPERATURE...dropping to around 27 to 32 degrees to down
  along the I-10 corridor.

* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures will likely kill sensitive...
  unprotected outdoor plants and crops.
