VALLEYS MONDAY...

.THE ARRIVAL OF A BITTERLY COLD ARCTIC AIR MASS WILL PRODUCE VERY
WINDY CONDITIONS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING THROUGH THE
OKANOGAN VALLEY AND ALONG THE HIGHWAY 95 CORRIDOR FROM THE
CANADIAN BORDER TO COEUR D`ALENE. THE COMBINATION OF WINDS AND
BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL MAKE WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES
APPROACH DANGEROUS LEVELS BY MONDAY EVENING.
