SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A WEAKENING COLD
FRONT NW OF THE AREA WILL MOVE SE INTO THE WATERS TONIGHT INTO
FRI. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD SW TO NE ACROSS THE WATERS LATE
FRI INTO SAT...THEN WEAKEN SAT NIGHT INTO SUN. A LOW PRES TROUGH
WILL EXPAND SLOWLY N NEAR THE OREGON AND WASHINGTON COASTS FRI
NIGHT INTO SAT NIGHT. A WEAK LOW PRES CENTER WILL FORM ON THE
TROUGH SAT...DRIFT NW ACROSS THE WATERS SAT NIGHT...THEN
DISSIPATE SUN. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT WILL DRIFT SE INTO THE
WATERS SUN NIGHT AND MON...THEN DISSIPATE MON NIGHT. STRONG LOW
PRES WILL APPROACH THE WATERS TUE...WITH A COLD FRONT MOVING
ACROSS THE AREA LATE TUE AND TUE NIGHT.
