HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE
OVER THE WATERS WILL WEAKEN TONIGHT...WHILE A LOW PRES TROUGH
NEAR THE OREGON COAST ALSO WEAKENS. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE E
ACROSS THE WATERS TONIGHT AND SUN. ANOTHER RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER
THE AREA SUN AND MOVE INLAND SUN NIGHT. A SECOND WEAK COLD FRONT
WILL CROSS THE WATERS LATE SUN NIGHT AND MON. THE FRONT WILL
STALL JUST S OF THE WATERS MON NIGHT THEN RETURN N AS A WARM
FRONT TUE INTO WED NIGHT AS A LARGE AREA OF LOW PRES APPROACHES
FROM THE SW. THE LOW PRES AREA WILL REMAIN W OF THE WATERS WHILE
PUSHING A COLD FRONT E TOWARD THE WATERS THU AND THU NIGHT.
