.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pres over the
inner waters will drift S and dissipate tonight. High pres will
build W of the area tonight, persist through Mon night, then
slowly drift E and weaken over the area Tue and Tue night. A warm
front will pass just NW of the region Sun night and Mon. A cold
front will slowly approach the waters Tue night.
