height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong cold front
will move into the waters tonight, continue SE across the region
Sun, then become nearly stationary over the Oregon waters Sun
night. The front will lift N as a warm front Mon and Mon night,
then move N of the Washington waters early Tue while the
associated cold front moves into the far W portion later in the
day. The cold front will become nearly stationary across the
region Tue night before moving N of the area as a warm front Wed.
Low pressure will pass N of the waters Wed night. A low pressure
trough will cross the region Thu and Thu night.
