AS OF MIDNIGHT DECEMBER 20TH...MINIMUM TEMPERATURES IN
BETHEL HAVE YET TO FALL BELOW 0F THIS SEASON. THIS MARKS
THE LATEST DATE IN THE PERIOD OF RECORD FOR WEATHER
OBSERVATIONS IN BETHEL THAT MINIMUM TEMPERATURES HAVE YET
TO FALL BELOW ZERO. THE PERIOD OF RECORD FOR WEATHER
OBSERVATIONS IN BETHEL EXTENDS BACK TO 1923.

ON AVERAGE...BETHEL WILL EXPERIENCE A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE
BELOW ZERO BY NOVEMBER 14TH. THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF THE
