...TORNADO TEST DRILL REMAINS ON SCHEDULE TODAY...

AS PART OF TORNADO AND SEVERE WEATHER AWARENESS WEEK IN
WISCONSIN...A TEST TORNADO WATCH AND TEST TORNADO WARNING DRILL
IS SCHEDULED FOR EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

WIDESPREAD RAIN SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL AND
WESTERN WISCONSIN THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON WITH A SMALL CHANCE
FOR A THUNDERSTORM AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE UPPER
MIDWEST. OTHERWISE CLOUDY SKIES WITH MORE ISOLATED TO SCATTERED RAIN
SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE OVER SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. NO SEVERE WEATHER
IS EXPECTED.

AFTER COORDINATION WITH WISCONSIN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT...AS WELL
AS THE WISCONSIN BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION AND THE EMERGENCY
COMMUNICATIONS BOARD...THE TEST TORNADO WATCH AND TEST TORNADO
WARNING WILL PROCEED AS SCHEDULED TODAY.

THE TEST TORNADO WATCH WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL OF WISCONSIN AT 1 PM
CDT TODAY. THE TEST TORNADO WARNING WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL OF
WISCONSIN AT 145 PM CDT TODAY. THE TEST TORNADO WATCH AND TEST
TORNADO WARNING DRILL WILL CONCLUDE AT 2 PM CDT.

DURING THE DRILL...THIS WILL BE A GOOD TIME FOR BUSINESSES...SCHOOLS...
HOSPITALS AND FAMILIES TO PRACTICE THEIR SAFE PROCEDURES FOR
SEVERE WEATHER.
