STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT BASIN BROUGHT VERY HOT
CONDITIONS TO WESTERN NEVADA AND EASTERN CALIFORNIA ON SUNDAY AND
MONDAY. AS A RESULT MANY RECORD HIGHS WERE SET OR TIED ON BOTH
SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
