freezing rain early in the morning. rain and snow in the
morning...then widespread showers in the afternoon. Snow
accumulation up to 1 inch. Highs around 40. Variable winds up to
10 mph becoming south around 15 mph in the afternoon. Chance of
precipitation near 100 percent. Waves 1 to 2 feet...locally up to
3 feet subsiding to up to one foot in the late morning and
afternoon.
