...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND SOUTH COAST...

.STRONG AND GUSTY SUNDOWNER WINDS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT AND AGAIN
TUESDAY NIGHT ACROSS AND BELOW THE SANTA YNEZ RANGE. WIND GUSTS
AROUND 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED THROUGH AND BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS
OF THE SANTA YNEZ RANGE. RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED TO DROP
INTO THE TEENS...AND EVEN SINGLE DIGITS...LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING WITH POOR OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES. WITH AFTERNOON
TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TO BE WELL ABOVE NORMAL...THE GUSTY WINDS
AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL CREATE AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE SANTA YNEZ RANGE
AND FOOTHILL AREAS OF THE SOUTH COAST.

WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...IF FIRE IGNITION OCCURS OR FOR EXISTING FIRES...
  CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR AND RAPID
