CONDITIONS FOR THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS...

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH THURSDAY FOR WARM...DRY AND WINDY
CONDITIONS FOR AREAS ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF A PRESIDIO TO WINK TO
LAMESA LINE...

.Well above normal temperatures along with windy and dry
conditions across the Guadalupe Mountains will result in critical
fire weather conditions and a Fire Weather Watch is in effect
Wednesday for this location. On Thursday the approach of an upper
trough will result in gusty west winds across Southeast New
Mexico and much of West Texas. Afternoon relative humidity will
drop to near 10 percent and a Fire Weather Watch is in effect for
Southeast New Mexico... the Western Permian Basin... Upper Trans
Pecos.. Guadalupe and Davis Mountains... and the Marfa Plateau
Thursday.
