THE SOUTH COASTAL PLAINS OF PUERTO RICO AND MONA ISLAND...

* AFFECTED AREA...SOUTH COASTAL PLAINS OF PUERTO RICO AND MONA
  ISLAND...ESPECIALLY AROUND THE CAMP SANTIAGO AREA.

* WIND...AROUND 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUST UP TO 35 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...LESS THAN 40 PERCENT AT CAMP SANTIAGO.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
