...A crest below flood stage is forecast for the following locations
along the Red River...

  For the Red River near Terral...

* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

* The latest stage was 19.25 feet at 9 PM Wednesday.

* The Red River is forecast to crest near 20.2 feet
  Thursday evening.

* Impact...When the Red River reaches 21.0 feet near Terral...Some
  low-lying areas near the river may be isolated by high water in
  side channels. Bottomlands near Charlie Texas begin to flood
  several hours before the crest approaches the Terral Oklahoma area.
  The river crest reaches the Illinois bend area near Leon Oklahoma
  several hours later.
