SKIES WERE SUNNY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA
SATURDAY. LATE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MID 30S TO LOWER
40S...EXCEPT ALONG THE LAKE WHERE IT WAS ONLY IN THE UPPER 20S TO
LOWER 30S.

HIGH PRESSURE OVER SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN WILL KEEP THE WEATHER
QUIET THROUGH TONIGHT...AND COOL TEMPERATURES WILL PREVAIL. SUNDAY
MORNING LOWS WILL BE IN THE LOW TO MID 20S. A WEATHER SYSTEM WILL
THEN APPROACH THE MIDWEST SUNDAY MORNING...SUNDAY MORNING MAY BE
A WINTRY MIX OF POSSIBLY SLEET...FREEZING RAIN OR SNOW BEFORE
A PUSH OF WARMER AIR CAUSED THE PRECIPITATION TO TURN TO RAIN.
THE MAJORITY OF THE RAIN WILL EXIT SUNDAY AFTERNOON WITH THE COLD
FRONT. ALTHOUGH A FEW SPRINKLES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE EVENING. HIGHS
ON SUNDAY WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER 40S. MONDAY MORNING AND
AFTERNOON WILL BE DRY WITH HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 50S. THEN A
COLD FRONT WILL BRING RAIN IN THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
