TYPHOON PHANFONE IS CENTERED 430 MILES NORTHWEST OF SAIPAN AT
19N141E MOVING NORTHWEST AT 16 MPH WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF
80 MPH. SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FOUND NEAR THE CENTER
OF PHANFONE BETWEEN 14N AND 22N FROM 135E TO 145E. CONVERGENT WINDS
ON THE EAST SIDE OF PHANFONE ARE GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS EAST OF THE MARIANAS BETWEEN 11N AND 22N FROM

A TROPICAL DISTURBANCE IS CENTERED EAST OF KOSRAE NEAR 6N166E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT OVER
POHNPEI...KOSRAE AND THE CENTRAL MARSHALL ISLANDS BETWEEN THE
EQUATOR AND 10N FROM 157E TO 172E.
