  AN AREA OF SLOW MOVING RAIN SHOWERS...5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DONNA.
  THE AREA OF SHOWERS WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

  THESE SHOWERS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING...
  TORRENTIAL RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR.

  LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
