...LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Areas of fog will persist this morning. The fog will be locally
dense with visibilities dropping to 1/4 mile or less at times. The
risk for dense fog will be greatest near low-lying areas and
bodies of water such as harbors, marshes, lakes, rivers and large
ditches. Conditions will improve rapidly after sunrise.

The nature of the fog is such that visibilities will vary greatly
over very short distances. Motorists should be alert to these rapidly
changing conditions. Always use low beam headlights whenever dense
fog is encountered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down and leave extra distance ahead of you in
case a sudden stop is needed.
