LOCALLY DENSE FOG DEVELOPED BETWEEN 3 AND 4 AM THIS MORNING
OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE. VISIBILITIES
AT SIDNEY AND SCOTTSBLUFF WERE RESTRICTED TO A QUARTER MILE.
THE FOG WILL PERSIST UNTIL 9 AM BEFORE DISSIPATING.

PERSONS TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY
CHANGING VISIBILITIES OVER SHORT DISTANCES...ESPECIALLY IN
SCHOOL ZONES. REDUCE SPEEDS AND ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME TO
REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
