 * MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL ALONG AND SOUTH OF I-69 WILL PERSIST
   THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN 5 PM
   AND 8 PM. SNOWFALL RATES NEAR 1 INCH PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED.

 * NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

 * AIR TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 15 AND 23 DEGREES.

 * VISIBILITIES WILL BE NEAR ZERO AT TIMES DUE TO HEAVY SNOW.
   RAPID FLUCTUATIONS OF VISIBILITY ARE LIKELY.

 * ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY LEAD TO SLIPPERY ROADS PARTICULARLY ON
   BRIDGES...EXIT RAMPS...AND OVERPASSES.
