...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS NORTH-CENTRAL AND CENTRAL
WISCONSIN EARLY THIS MORNING...

At 1227 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
along a line extending from 12 miles west of Eagle River to 8 miles
southwest of Rib Mountain to 9 miles north of Necedah. Movement was
northeast at 50 mph.

Winds to around 35 mph and brief heavy are possible with these
storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Eagle River around 1235 AM CDT.
  Weston around 1240 AM CDT.
  Wisconsin Rapids, Phelps and Lake Wazeecha around 1250 AM CDT.
  Whiting around 110 AM CDT.
  Stevens Point around 115 AM CDT.
  Bevent around 130 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Gagen, Big Eau
Pleine County Park, Ackley Wildlife Area, Moon, Coddington, Bavaria,
Fenwood, Kellner, Deerbrook and Powers Bluff County Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.
