PATCHY DENSE FOG CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN
NORTH CAROLINA THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO ONE HALF MILE
OR LESS AT TIMES. CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN IMPROVING AFTER 9 AM.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING
THIS MORNING. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...USE YOUR LOW-BEAM
