PRESSURE DEPARTS AND ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS BUILDING IN.
LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE AGAIN OVER NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST
CENTRAL MINNESOTA BUT ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE VERY LIGHT. ARCTIC
HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE ENTIRE REGION THURSDAY
NIGHT...WHICH WILL FINALLY BRING AN END TO THE STRONG WINDS.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE VERY COLD THOUGH...WITH MANY LOCATIONS
DROPPING INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW AND TEENS BELOW ZERO BY
FRIDAY MORNING.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RISE INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS. LOWS
TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE AND BELOW ZERO.
HIGHS ON THURSDAY WILL RISE INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS.
