* TIMING...INITIAL FREEZING RAIN...SLEET MIX WILL TRANSITION TO ALL
  SNOW BY MID AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL THEN REMAIN THROUGH LATE FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* HAZARDS...SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATING AN INCH OR LESS TODAY...3 TO
  5 INCHES TONIGHT...AND AN INCH OR LESS FRIDAY. ICE
  ACCUMULATING A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH TODAY.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING RAIN WILL BRING SLIPPERY SPOTS TO ROADS THIS
  MORNING. ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL RESULT IN SNOW COVERED AND
