.A STRONG ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING BY
EARLY MONDAY MORNING. ALONG WITH MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES...
WIDESPREAD LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED. A PROLONGED PERIOD OF SNOW
WILL OCCUR IN THE MOUNTAINS WHERE HIGHER SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE
EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 5 PM MST MONDAY.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD
  TONIGHT INTO MONDAY. LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE
  THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 12 INCHES IN THE MOUNTAINS WITH
  3 TO 5 INCHES IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OF
  CARBON...CONVERSE...NIOBRARA AND NORTHERN ALBANY COUNTIES IN
  WYOMING THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...SOUTHWEST WINDS BETWEEN 25 TO 35 MPH WITH
  HIGHER GUSTS WILL RESULT IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW AHEAD
  OF THE ARCTIC FRONT...MAINLY OVER PORTIONS OF CARBON COUNTY.
  WINDS WILL BECOME NORTH AT 5 TO 15 MPH REGION-WIDE OVERNIGHT
  INTO MONDAY MORNING. VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE MILE ARE PERIODICALLY
  EXPECTED...ESCPECIALLY IN AREAS WHERE BLOWING SNOW OCCURS.

* IMPACTS...PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES WITH SLICK ROADWAYS AND
  REDUCED VISIBILITIES. COLD TEMPERATURES AND GUSTY WINDS WILL
  PERIODICALLY RESULT IN WIND CHILL VALUES AT 10 BELOW TO 20 BELOW
  ZERO.

VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD TODAY. LIGHT
  TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 12 INCHES ABOVE 8000 FEET WITH
  2 TO 5 INCHES IN THE VALLEYS INCLUDING CENTENNIAL AND
  ENCAMPMENT.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...SOUTHWEST WINDS BETWEEN 25 TO 35 MPH AND
  GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH WILL RESULT IN CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING SNOW...MAINLY ON THE WEST FACING SLOPES. VISIBILITIES
  BELOW ONE HALF MILE ARE EXPECTED IN BLOWING AND FALLING SNOW.
  WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH TONIGHT AND BECOME NORTH 5 TO 15
  MPH BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES IN AND AROUND THE
  MOUNTAINS WITH SLICK AND SNOW PACKED ROADWAYS. COLD TEMPERATURES
  AND GUSTY WINDS WILL PERIODICALLY RESULT IN WIND CHILL VALUES
  BETWEEN 10 BELOW TO 20 BELOW ZERO.
