.A STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE MIDWEST LATE TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY. SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE ALONG AND NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 80 EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH AROUND 2 INCHES OF SNOW
POSSIBLE.  AS TEMPERATURES RISE TOWARD SUNRISE AND THROUGH THE
MORNING COMMUTE...A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE
AS THE MIXED PRECIPITATION CHANGES OVER TO ALL RAIN ALONG AND
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80. SOUTHEAST IOWA...WEST CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI WILL SEE OCCASIONAL LIGHT
FREEZING RAIN ENDING BETWEEN 7 AM AND 9 AM TODAY.
