.A VERY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL CONTINUE TO SURGE SOUTHWARD INTO
THE REGION TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING. LOCATIONS ALONG AND
NORTH OF HIGHWAY 30 WILL EXPERIENCE THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES. THE
COMBINATION OF THE COLD AIR AND NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH
TONIGHT WILL CREATE WIND CHILLS OF 20 TO AROUND 25 BELOW ZERO.

* TEMPERATURES...AROUND ZERO TO 10 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
  PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. THE COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CAUSE
  FROSTBITE IN AS LITTLE AS 30 MINUTES TO EXPOSED SKIN.
