WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FREEZING RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING.
TEMPERATURES HAVE RISEN ABOVE FREEZING IN MOST LOCATIONS...ENDING
THE FREEZING RAIN THREAT.

* RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS WILL CHANGE TO SNOW SHOWERS BY THIS
  EVENING...AND TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING. SNOW
  SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE AT TIMES INTO THE DAY TUESDAY...AND THEN
  BEGIN TO TAPER OFF.

* SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE OVER A PROLONGED PERIOD FROM THIS EVENING
  THROUGH TUESDAY...WITH TOTALS BY LATE TUESDAY IN THE 2 TO 3 INCH
