THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ST LOUIS HAS CANCELLED THE WINTER
STORM WARNING.

A BROAD AREA OF SNOW WAS SINKING SOUTH AND EAST THROUGH THE REGION
THIS EVENING AND THE SNOW WAS FINALLY ENDING ACROSS PARTS OF
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND SOUTHERN ILLINOIS. LITTLE IF ANY ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT IN THIS
AREA...THEREFORE THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THE
WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR A FEW COUNTIES TO THE
SOUTH.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL IS LIKELY THIS EVENING...WITH
  BRIDGES...OVERPASSES...AND UNTREATED ROADS REMAINING SLIPPERY.
  PARKING LOTS AND SIDEWALKS WILL REMAIN SNOW AND ICE COVERED AS
  WELL.
