* TIMING: FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT BEFORE
  TEMPERATURES WARM ENOUGH TO CHANGE PRECIPITATION TO RAIN
  SUNDAY MORNING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: PARTS OF WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND NORTHERN
  ARKANSAS.

* ICE AMOUNTS: ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH
