* SNOW...WITH A STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATION OF 4 INCHES.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* WINDS...EAST 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING...BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE NOW OCCURING AND WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS AND LOWEST
  VISIBILITY WILL BE TONIGHT AND SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR. TRAVEL
