EVENING.

* LOCATION...WHILE SOME LIGHT FREEZING RAIN IS LIKELY FOR MUCH OF
  THE PORTLAND AND VANCOUVER METRO AREA THIS MORNING...IMPACTS
  WILL BECOME INCREASINGLY CONFINED TO THE WEST HILLS AND
  NORTHEASTERN PORTIONS OF THE METRO AREA THIS AFTERNOON.

* AMOUNTS...UP TO ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL
  ACCUMULATION IN ABOVE MENTIONED AREAS WHERE IMPACTS ARE EXPECTED
  TO CONTINUE INTO THIS AFTERNOON. OTHERWISE...ONLY MINOR
  ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH
  EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND ICE HAVE MADE MANY ROADS...SIDEWALKS...AND
  BIKE PATHS IN THE PORTLAND AND VANCOUVER METRO AREA SLICK.
  IMPACTS WILL BECOME INCREASINGLY CONFINED TO AREAS NORTH OF
  HIGHWAY 26 AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 205 THIS AFTERNOON. TRAVEL ON
  UNTREATED ROADS WILL CONTINUE TO BE DIFFICULT IN THESE AREAS.

  MAINLY IN PROTECTED CASCADE VALLEYS AWAY FROM THE CREST.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL IS DIFFICULT AS ROADS HAVE BECOME SNOW
  COVERED AND ICY. ICE ACCUMULATIONS MAY BREAK BRANCHES AND
  ALSO CAUSE POWER DISRUPTIONS.
