...WINTER STORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM PST EARLY THIS
MORNING ABOVE 7000 FEET...

Snow showers will taper off in the next few hours with only light
additional accumulations expected above 6500 to 7000 feet;
therefore, the winter storm warning will be allowed to expire.
Some roads are still snow-covered so be sure to check with
CALTRANS or NDOT before traveling in the higher elevations this
morning.

MORNING ABOVE 8000 FEET...

Snow in the high elevations of Mono County has tapered to showers
and is expected to end in the next few hours; therefore, the
winter storm warning will be allowed to expire. Be sure to check
with CALTRANS for travel restrictions if driving in the high
elevations this morning, especially west of Highway 395.
