THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM EST WEDNESDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO
LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATIONS...RANDOLPH AND POCAHONTAS COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY WET SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES. THE HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS
  WILL OCCUR AT ELEVATIONS GREATER THAN 2500 FEET.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN DURING THE PREDAWN WEDNESDAY...WITH THE
  HEAVIEST OF THE SNOW FALLING WEDNESDAY MORNING AND MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND VISIBILITIES WILL
  BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES...MAKING TRAVEL
  TREACHEROUS. THE HEAVY WET NATURE TO THE SNOW MAY DOWN LIMBS...
  POSSIBLY RESULTING IN POWER DISRUPTIONS.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S WITH UPPER 20S IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
