* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 ADDITIONAL INCHES.

* TIMING...THROUGH 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.
  BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY AT TIMES AND MAKE WINTER
  ROAD MAINTENANCE MORE DIFFICULT.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
