* VISIBILITY...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO
  ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES IN THE NULATO HILLS.

* TIMING...HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT...BECOMING
  LIGHT BY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS MAY OCCUR. TRAVEL
