MINNESOTA...

  MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT AITKIN AFFECTING AITKIN AND CROW WING COUNTIES

.COLDER TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN SLOWER SNOW MELT THIS WEEK. ICE IN
THE AREA MAY CAUSE THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT AITKIN TO FLUCTUATE BELOW
13 FEET FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.

* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY
  SATURDAY MORNING.
* AT 13.0 FEET...SOME ROADS ARE COVERED WITH WATER..
