.DISCUSSION...

HIGH PRESSURE OVER CANADA WILL BEGIN TO SHIFT SOUTH TONIGHT AND
BEGIN TO MOVE INTO NORTHERN MINNESOTA LATER IN THE DAY SUNDAY. THE
MORNING WILL BE FROSTY, BUT THE AFTERNOON WILL BE A BIT WARMER AND
LESS WINDY THAN RECENT DAYS. THERE SHOULD BE NE FLOW IN THE
MORNING, AND THE DIRECTION SHOULD GRADUALLY BECOME NEARLY NORTH BY
THE LATE AFTERNOON. HOWEVER, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT A LAKE
BREEZE FROM LAKE SUPERIOR COULD MOVE QUITE A WAYS INLAND SUNDAY
AFTERNOON. IF IT REACHES AS FAR AS THE BURN SITE, THEN THE WIND
COULD BECOME VERY LIGHT WITH UNRELIABLE DIRECTION.
