CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE TONIGHT AHEAD OF AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE THAT IS EXPECTED TO DROP INTO NORTHEAST MINNESOTA. THE
CLOUDS WILL BE ABOVE 5K FEET. A FEW SPRINKLES MAY OCCUR TOWARD
SUNRISE. SMOKE WILL ALSO BE ON THE INCREASE TONIGHT FROM THE FIRES
IN THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES. THIS MAY LIMIT THE SPRINKLES. A WARMER
AND DRIER AIRMASS ARRIVES THURSDAY AFTERNOON ALONG WITH MORE SMOKE.
