THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SNOW WILL FALL OVER MUCH OF THE EASTERN HALF OF THE NORTHLAND
TODAY...WITH SOME SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE OVER THE WESTERN HALF.
THE FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL OCCUR MAINLY EARLY THIS MORNING. SEVERAL
INCHES OF SNOW WILL FALL AND VARIOUS ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT
TODAY INTO TONIGHT. SEE THE LATEST FORECAST AND WINTER WEATHER
MESSAGE FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES WILL BE MOVING INTO THE REGION...THIS
WILL CAUSE THE RAIN AND MELTED SNOW FROM EARLIER TO REFREEZE ON
AREA ROADS AND SIDEWALKS CAUSING SLICK CONDITIONS.

GUSTY WINDS WILL ALSO OCCUR TODAY...WITH GUSTS FROM 30 TO 40 MPH
CAUSING SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL BRING THE CHANCE FOR A COUPLE INCHES OF SNOW
TO SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHLAND TUESDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY
WEDNESDAY WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR.
