This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Light snow will increase from the west this afternoon and evening,
which could bring one to two inches to the Brainerd Lakes region.
Lake effect snow along the North Shore of Lake Superior will
increase overnight as well.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

After the morning snowfall, freezing rain or drizzle is possible
Saturday with little to no ice accumulation expected at this time.
A larger system passes by to our south late in the week, but is
not expected to impact our area at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Snow spotters are requested to report measurements of snow accumulations
tonight and Saturday to the National Weather Service. Spotters
and the public can also report precipitation type with the free
M-PING smartphone app.

Small craft conditions possible late Monday night through
Wednesday morning.
