NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHWESTERN
WISCONSIN...ESPECIALLY OVER PRICE COUNTY. SEE THE LATEST FORECAST
FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THIS SNOWFALL EVENT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO ORGANIZE OVER THE NORTHERN OR
CENTRAL PLAINS LATE TUESDAY. SNOW MAY DEVELOP AS EARLY AS
TUESDAY NIGHT OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHLAND. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL
FOR SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE NORTHLAND THROUGH
WEDNESDAY NIGHT. BE SURE TO MONITOR THE FORECAST AS THIS SYSTEM
EVOLVES.

TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE WEEKEND...AND RUNOFF FROM THE
SNOWMELT WILL CONTINUE TO FEED INTO AREA RIVERS AND STREAMS
CAUSING THEM TO RISE OR REMAIN HIGH. WHILE NO MAJOR FLOODING IS
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME ON ANY OF THE MAJOR RIVERS ACROSS NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA OR NORTHWEST WISCONSIN...IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOME OF THE
SMALLER TRIBUTARY STREAMS AND RIVERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE ALONG THE
NORTH SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR...AND ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE IN
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN COULD POSE A FLOODING THREAT.
