THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA TODAY.
SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED...THOUGH THE STRONGEST STORMS MAY
PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL. STRONG WESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS
NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN. SUSTAINED WINDS OF
15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED.
