SNOW WILL DEVELOP THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. MODERATE TO
HEAVY SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE AT TIMES THIS EVENING...ESPECIALLY FOR
PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND ACROSS THE MINNESOTA
ARROWHEAD. THIS FIRST ROUND OF SNOWFALL GRADUALLY COMES TO AN END
AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...EXCEPT FOR SNOWFALL LINGERING ACROSS THE
NORTH SHORE. TOTAL SNOWFALL TODAY AND TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO
3 INCHES IN NORTH-CENTRAL AND EAST-CENTRAL MINNESOTA...TO 2 TO 4
INCHES ACROSS NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND 3 TO 6 INCHES ACROSS THE
MINNESOTA ARROWHEAD. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS
THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE NORTH SHORE WHERE A WINTER STORM WARNING
IS IN EFFECT...SEE THE LATEST WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE FOR DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHLAND TUESDAY WITH
AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOWFALL EXPECTED. SNOWFALL RATES
COULD BE HEAVY AT TIMES ACROSS NORTHWEST WISCONSIN MID MORNING
TUESDAY INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL QUICKLY COMES TO AN END
FROM WEST TO EAST LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON. SEE THE LATEST WINTER
WEATHER MESSAGE FOR DETAILS ON A WINTER STORM WARNING AND WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORIES IN EFFECT.

LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.
TOTAL SNOWFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT SHOULD MOSTLY BE ONE TO
TWO INCHES.

BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL MAKE A RETURN TO THE REGION DURING
THE LATTER PART OF THE WORK WEEK. AS A RESULT...WE MAY SEE THE
NEED FOR WIND CHILL ADVISORIES OR WARNINGS DURING THAT TIME. THE
COLDEST WIND CHILL VALUES ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY
MORNING.
