.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE THROUGH THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
RIVER VALLEY EARLY NEXT WEEK. THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BRING A
WINTRY PRECIPITATION TO THE NORTHLAND. SNOW MAY MIX WITH OR CHANGE
TO SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN OVER INLAND PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN...WITH ALL SNOW EXPECTED ELSEWHERE.

WATERS OF WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING AS A FAST-MOVING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES EASTWARD
THROUGH THE REGION. CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO BECOME HAZARDOUS FOR
SMALL CRAFT THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS
BEEN ISSUED FOR MOST OF THE NEARSHORE MARINE ZONES.
ADDITIONALLY...A HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR
THE GRAND MARAIS TO GRAND PORTAGE NEARSHORE ZONE. PLEASE REFER TO
THE LATEST NEARSHORE FORECAST AND MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE FOR MORE
DETAILS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS...ALONG WITH SOME HEAVY FREEZING
SPRAY...WILL CONTINUE EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. THE WINDS WILL
GRADUALLY DIMINISH AS THEY VEER WEST TO NORTHWESTERLY DURING THE
DAY.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE UPPER MIDWEST MONDAY THROUGH
TUESDAY. THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS
WISCONSIN AND INTO MICHIGAN TUESDAY EVENING. WINDS MAY INCREASE
ONCE AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY AND COULD RESULT IN
CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT.
