THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

LIGHT PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY DIMINISH OVER THE
OUTLOOK AREA THIS MORNING. MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL BE RAIN
OR DRIZZLE...BUT SOME FREEZING DRIZZLE OR FREEZING RAIN IS ALSO
POSSIBLE. ICING MAY BE FOUND ON MAINLY ELEVATED SURFACES THIS
MORNING BEFORE TEMPERATURES WARM UP AND THE ICE MELTS.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS HAS LEFT SOME LOCALIZED
FLOODING IN LOW LYING AND OTHER FLOOD PRONE AREAS. RIVER LEVELS
ARE EXPECTED TO RISE THROUGH THE WEEK...ESPECIALLY ON LARGER
RIVERS...WITH SHORTER TERM RISES ON SMALLER RIVERS.

GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST TODAY...THOUGH NOT
AS STRONG AS MONDAY. GUSTS OF UP TO 25 MPH MAY STILL OCCUR DURING
THE DAY TODAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THE PROBABILITY FOR WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.

WATERS OF WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE WITH GUSTS OF 25 TO
30 KNOTS AND WAVES REACHING UP TO 8 FEET. THERE WILL BE A GRADUAL
DECREASE IN WINDS ALONG THE NORTH SHORE THIS AFTERNOON. A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE NEARSHORE WATERS OF WESTERN
LAKE SUPERIOR.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

EAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF THE PERIOD. STRONG WINDS ARE
EXPECTED AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WHEN ANOTHER SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY MAY BE NEEDED.
